• AI chat: the messages you type and the details you share in the conversation (for example your name, phone number, budget or timeline).
• Where you came from: the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), so we know which advertising or channel brought you.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, used to prevent spam and abuse and to keep the service secure.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. A sign-in cookie is set only for our team members who log in to the admin area.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, understand your requirement and follow up with you.
• To organise enquiries in our customer-management system and rate how well a service fits your need, so the right person can respond.
• To run, secure and improve this website and the AI assistant.

AI assistant and third parties

The chat assistant is powered by a third-party AI service (Google Gemini). Your chat messages are sent to that service to generate replies. Please do not share passwords, OTPs, bank or card details or government ID numbers in the chat or any form.

We use trusted service providers to host the website and store data (currently Vercel for hosting and a managed PostgreSQL database). They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and chat data for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required under applicable law.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and rate limiting to protect your information. No online service can be completely secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
